How the sale works

The sale uses an overflow model with two groups. Harmonix Points holders receive Priority. Everyone else joins Public. Everyone who commits at least $500 receives allocation, calculated pro-rata to their share of total commitments; any unfilled funds are claimable after settlement.

1. Register (7 days)

Verify with Sonar. EU residents cannot participate (Harmonix does not hold a MiCA license). US participants must be accredited..

2. Commit 48 hours)

Commit USDC on Arbitrum. Add-only; withdrawals disabled.

Per-wallet limits:

Harmonix users (Priority): min $500, max $100,000
Normal users (Public): min $500, max $60,000

3. Overflow mechanism (Priority → Public)

First allocate up to $200k pro-rata inside Priority.
If Priority underfills, the leftover increases the Public allocation.
If Priority overfills, the excess joins Public and competes pro-rata with Public commitments for $400k.
Price is fixed at $0.025/HAR.

4. Settlement (within 48 hours)

Pro-rata results are finalized. Unfilled USDC becomes claimable (manual claim by the user).

5. Distribution

100% HAR is distributed at TGE on Hypercore (Hyperliquid) by the Harmonix team, directly to your Hypercore wallet. U.S. accredited investors have a mandatory 1-year lock-up with a 20% bonus.
